tourism industry, therefore provides a strict code of conduct for SATSA
members.

touring the country are members of a recognised industry body. This provides
peace of mind and security in the knowledge that one is dealing with businesses
that are required to live up to the high standard of services set by SATSA.
Code of Conduct
SATSA is aware of the importance of a high standard of service excellence
within the SA tourism industry, and therefore provides a strict Code of Conduct
for SATSA members to recognise and act upon. All SATSA members need to abide by
the specifications and duties bestowed upon them when becoming an accredited
SATSA member. One's business has to meet, and continually maintain specific
requirements at a certain level in order for membership to be given to an
organisation.
